Program overview
An 8-week, evening-cadence program built around the current PMI PMP examination. Most candidates we see have several years of project leadership experience but have never been formally trained in PMI's framework, this program closes that gap and prepares them for an exam that has shifted decisively away from rote memorization toward situational reasoning. Sessions are run by a credentialed senior project manager who has shipped real engagements under PMI's lifecycle frameworks across multi-country African contexts.
The program is deliberately part-time so working professionals can attend without taking leave. The 90-day study group continuation after class ends is where many of our candidates actually earn the credential.
