TTAKC was founded on a simple observation: African organizations are underserved by both the global consultancies (too expensive, too distant) and the local providers (too narrow, too inconsistent). We built TTAKC to sit deliberately in between.
Why I started TTAKC.
I'm Cabrel TCHOFFO. I've spent the last decade working at the intersection of software engineering, technical training, and project leadership across Central and East Africa.
What I kept seeing was the same gap, repeated. African teams would hire a foreign firm for a transformation project, get a beautiful deliverable, and then watch the system slowly break six months after the consultants left because nobody on the team had been trained to run it. Or they'd hire a local provider who could maintain the system but couldn't help them think strategically about the next step.
We started TTAKC to do both. To build modern systems, AI agents, custom software, design systems to global standards. And to train the African teams who'll run those systems long after we've handed over.
Every TTAKC engagement is structured around that handover. The work outlives the engagement. That's the whole point.
