Welcome to TTAKC Ltd. By accessing our platform or engaging our consulting or training services, you agree to these terms.
1. Commercial Model & Engagements
TTAKC provides fixed-fee DevSecOps consulting, cloud architecture design, and technical training. Engagement scopes are formalized via Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Payment Terms
Consulting engagements require a 50% deposit with remaining milestone-based payments. Training bootcamps require upfront enrollment fee payment.
3. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Upon final payment, all custom Infrastructure as Code (Terraform scripts), custom CI/CD pipelines, and project documentation belong to the client.
4. Service Standards
We deliver engineering services according to international security standards and include a 30-day post-handover support window.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, with jurisdiction in Kigali.
