Welcome to TTAKC Ltd. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services & Commercial Model
TTAKC provides productized consulting, custom software development, brand/UX design, and technical training. All project proposals are issued under fixed-fee, tiered scopes. Any requests outside the agreed scope will require a written change order and additional fees.
2. Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms require a 50% upfront deposit to initiate development, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and handover. Technical training services require 100% advance payment. Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the 1st of each month. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest penalty, and we reserve the right to pause work on delinquent accounts after 14 days.
3. Intellectual Property (IP)
Upon final payment and project completion, all custom code, design assets, and documentation created specifically for you are fully transferred to your ownership. TTAKC retains ownership of its pre-existing training materials, proprietary frameworks, and general software libraries.
4. Warranties & Delays
We deliver all software to professional, globally calibrated engineering standards and include post-launch support windows (typically 30–60 days). However, we do not warrant that software operations will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. Delays caused by client dependencies or late asset handovers will extend project timelines accordingly.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any commercial agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
